DAVID MALLO - ART DIRECTOR

He is a graphic designer and illustrator, with more than 15 years in the field of creation and art, working for companies in advertising and design, specialized in layout, editing of magazines and books. David is recognized for his artworks in hard-rock and heavy metal bands and he is extremely proud to have created and designed with Carlos V. Leon the spectacular bible "Hellbook. The History of Helloween" by the great german band Helloween. Work that motivated the union of all its components, and encouraged him to co-direct artistically the praised Pumpkins United International Tour.

He studied Computer Engineering at the Complutense University of Madrid and “Camera and Film Lighting” at Septima Ars School, where acquired specific skills to create and to lead projects websites with content management system (Joomla and Wordpress) for well-known brands, to establish online marketing strategies, web and social networks, and to work as a Digital Smile Designer (photographer, camera, designer and video editor) in a globally leading Dental company.

David comes from a family of artists that have definitely influenced him: his great-grandfather, Julián Gómez de Lope, was a writer, poet, bohemian and libertine who wrote in the well-known satirical and literary magazine FLIRT, with significant spanish authors at the turn of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. His articles appeared in newspapers and magazines (ABC, Blanco y Negro, Tribuna, Libertad, Mundial...), some were sonnets ("Siluetas") of the politicians of that time and others were beautiful cuplés like the ones he composed for the famous actress and singer, Raquel Meller —considered one of the best known Spanish outside our borders, immortalized and painted by Sorolla, she alternated with very important personalities, including her affairs with Chaplin or the king of Spain Alfonso XIII—, with whom, additionally, his great-grandfather corresponded.

David is currently working, together with the journalist Miguel de Lys, on a very special “masterpiece” for History-Mythology and Rock-Metal lovers.

Carlos is very proud to imagine and turn to real those intangible ideas and creative conceptions, while he has been dreaming, creating, writing, and designing with David Mallo the Helloween bible "Hellbook”; the starting point to codirect the Pumpkins United world tour visuals and all its corporate image of this great commemoration! A dream come true by a fan, for fans and for his beloved heavy metal band from childhood.

He studied Business Management at CIII university and holds a MA Degree in Finacial and Management at CUNEF, with an extensive background in performance of corporate banking and financial analysis for more than 20 years working as Senior corporate banker.

He also is responsible of focusing all tools and efforts to Easy Rabbit projects, heading the managed budgets, expenses and organized assets, and managing relationship with clientes, third parties, collaborators, agencies, and legal partners to ensure all the expectations of both Clients and Company.
